If you want the total different experience of a private tour
to untouched and very little explored waterfalls near Sosua/Cabarete this
is the right thing to do. Those wonderful Waterfalls are incredible place
to enjoy nature. Not may people know them because of the hard access to them.
First you have to hike for apr.45 min and then we start to climb up leaders
and cross several times the river. The untouched tropical forests surround
you all the time and let you feel amazing nature.
Arriving at the first waterfall you can swim and go in a cave behind the water.
A Incredible feeling to see the first waterfall in front of you. Then we start
the climb to the second waterfall, where you get the chance to jump from 12 m 40
ft if you want. After this we continue the ascent through some smaller;
waterfalls to the third big waterfall ap. 30m 100 ft. With incredible beauty
the water opens over the rocks and builds like a mushroom. At the right side
comes thermal water directly out of the waterfall.
A incredible beauty and amazing feeling. AT the end we
continue to climb up to the 4th and biggest waterfall 55 m 180 ft. Lets swim
and have a snack, to get new strength for the descent.
This is a total
adventure and not for everybody. If you are afraid of height or
not in a good fiscal shape you should not goon this adventure. It is
also very recommendable to have good shoes and remember that the shoes get
wet and dirty.
